works connected with the construction of a fire road are being carried out on the grounds of the Museum of King Jan III’s Palace at Wilanów. As a result you may encounter some obstructions while walking in the park. Please, be careful and do not enter the construction site.
1. Entry to the Rose Garden is possible only by the stairs through the southern pergola. Wheelchair users and visitors with pushchairs are kindly asked to exit through the main entrance gate to the park.
2. Exiting from the southern park is possible either through the lower terrace, and further through the upper terrace and the Rose Garden or through the main entrance gate to the park. It is impossible to go directly from the southern park to the Rose Garden.
We apologise for any inconvenience.
The first stage of the works covers an area from the fence by Stanisława Kostki Potockiego street through the Poster Museum grounds, along an existing asphalt road in the southern park to a retaining wall opposite the upper terrace. Its completion is planned for the end of 2019.
The second stage of the works is going to start in the second half of March 2020, and will cover a fragment of the lower terrace.
The works will last until December 2020.
